Our Principal

I am proud to be the Principal at Adams Spanish Immersion School. I believe that school is a place where all students can succeed, regardless of their socioeconomic backgrounds or learning abilities. I am committed to fostering a culturally inclusive climate in which students, staff, family members, and all stakeholders feel welcome, safe, valued, and heard.

Before my current position at Adams, I spent fourteen years working in the Twin Cities as a Spanish teacher and a school administrator. My educational background spans linguistics, film, teaching, and educational leadership. Please don’t hesitate to reach out anytime with your questions, suggestions, and feedback.

¡Saludos, Comunidad de Adams! My name is Geoff Freeman, and I am proud to serve as the assistant principal of Adams Spanish Immersion School. I have worked in the Saint Paul Public School District since 2013 as an Elementary Teacher and Content Coach. 

I earned my bachelor's degree in social studies education at Hamline University, my master's degree in Montessori Education at the University of Wisconsin River Falls, and my administrative license from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.

I am especially proud to be a graduate of St Paul Public Schools and parent of two daughters, Mirabelle (17) and Phoebe (9), who attend SPPS. We cherish the time my oldest daughter spent at Adams Spanish Immersion!

In my spare time, I enjoy music, good food, and time spent outdoors with friends and family.
